Having Yoga in the office improves focus, releases stress and tension, reduces sick-time, enhances employee fulfillment/team building. When you are Working with Yoga, our instructors come to YOUR office, bringing Yoga to employees when they need it most…during the workday.  

We offer recurring, weekly classes as well as one-time classes for your Health Weeks/Wellness Fairs.
