With pelvic/hip imagery, learn a way to improve your half moon/triangle!
Breakdown of the "flow" portion within a sun salutation with lots of options!
Use anatomical imagery of the shoulder to improve any movement/pose like a push-up (cobra, etc).
You'll need a rolled up blanket or mat for this... just a couple tricks to help kneeling become more possible.
You'll need a chair, possibly a blanket and definitely some self compassion and patience. Getting up and down will get easier the more you do it!
You'll need a chair and some sort of block or block alternative for this practice. We work on concepts to sit better as well as exercises to help relieve hip pain or back pain while sitting.
Explore balancing - you might have a chair/wall nearby.
